Chrome Key
Bioinformatics

Isolating signal from noise in genomic data,
so you can focus on the biology that matters.

Why Chrome Key?

The name comes from chromakey—the technology behind greenscreens. It removes distracting backgrounds to reveal what's important. That's exactly what I do with your data.

During my PhD at Penn studying plant epigenetics, I developed a method called Greenscreen for filtering artifacts from ChIP-seq data. The approach was simple: use the right tools to strip away the noise and see the real biological signal beneath.

Whether it's genomic analysis, statistical genetics, or pipeline development, I help you separate what matters from what doesn't—transforming complex data into clear insights.
